Have You Heard of Nick Vujicic?

Nick Vujicic (pronounced voo-yi-chich) was born in Australia in 1982 without arms or legs. Can you imagine enjoying a normal life with that challenge?

Thanks to amazing parents and his faith in God, Nick overcame countless obstacles to boast what he calls a "ridiculously good life."

Nick has inspired millions as he's traveled the world, sharing his story. If he can love his life, even without limbs, certainly we can, too! His story makes our petty grievances insignificant. We should count our blessings.

I had the pleasure of hearing Nick speak nearly 20 years ago at an Ohio church I was attending at the time. His positive outlook on life could not be overstated, and he made everyone feel comfortable around him, often making light-hearted, self-deprecating jokes in order to address the "elephant in the room." As parishioners filed out of the church, they were able to hug Nick, who was positioned on a table top.

Back then, Nick shared his desire to be married one day, but at the time, he didn't know how it would happen--understandably.

In 2005, Nick founded Life Without Limbs--a non-profit ministry to share the gospel and unite the body of Christ. In addition to being a dynamic speaker and CEO and President of his ministry, he's also an author who has written Life Without Limits in 2012 and the 2014 book we are giving away: Love Without Limits.

Spoiler alert: Nick found his happily-ever-after! Since this book was written seven years ago, you might be interested in knowing Nick and his wife, Kanae, have four children now.

I found this book in the bargain section of Books & Co and thought it would make for an ideal giveaway during the fall season, when people begin thinking about all the things they are thankful for in their lives.
